The site lies along a route running north-south populated extensively with university facilities and associated student accommodation.

Consisting of a mix of both cluster en-suite rooms and self-sufficient studios, the property will provide 261 rooms for students attending nearby universities.

The development will provide a hub for student amenities, including private study booths, collaboration space, residents lounges, cinema space, gym, karaoke space and a well-being room.

Planning permission was granted for the scheme in August 2023
