Alumno are pleased  to confirm the completion of the transaction of 14 Marshgate Lane, Stratford, London with Gamuda Land.

It was a pleasure to work in close partnership with the  Hurlington Capital team together with the unwavering support of the V fund, and Melrose capital . A truly fantastic scheme in a superb central London location,  that will help deliver the masterplan in this key district within the Olympic park and drive forward on the remaining London legacy objectives.

We would like to particularly thank Henley Hale Brown, Knight Frank, and Anstey Horne for their contributions and support through a challenging planning and technically rigorous  process. Special mention also to the crucial support of UCL, who assisted in overcoming key hurdles and transitioning the concept into a reality .

With the transaction now complete, we pass the baton over to Gamuda and the retained project team and wish them all the very best, as they continue the journey to move forward with the next stages of delivery. We look forward to seeing this first class PBSA asset being built and enjoyed for many years to come and enhance the Pudding Mill Lane masterplan.
