Since obtaining a degree in Business Economics, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant back in 2001, and have worked in a number of industries from Banking through to Retail.
Before Alumno, I spent 9 years working for a Private Equity backed Property Management company, which focused on the asset and facilities management of key contracts in the public and private sector, as well as residential property. Part of the company’s development portfolio included a number of office buildings requiring planning consent to convert to alternative use, and this was the start of the draw towards working in property development.
