Alumno are pleased to confirm the sale of the Peckham Road buildings to Lothbury Investment Management, the sale represents the second transaction with Lothbury following the successful conclusion of a forward funding agreement  on Dumbarton Rd, Glasgow. Alumno  worked in partnership with Miller Construction to deliver the unique and attractive  student accommodation development in the former grade 2 listed , Southwark former council  offices on Peckham Road. 

The project is let on a long term lease to  UAL (University of the Arts London) providing  accommodation for students mainly at the Camberwell College of Arts which is situated next door. 

Alumno are currently progressing several more projects throughout the country and have recently submitted an application for further student accommodation in Camberwell which includes a new theatre facility for the community.
