On Friday 18th March, Roberta Blackman-Woods, Labour MP for the City of Durham and Shadow Minister for Housing and Planning, visited our site in Durham. It was great to be able to show the progress since we began on site in October and also explain what the finished product would look like. We’ve been lucky to have the MP’s support on this development and she was pleased to hear all about Kier’s liaison with the local residents. This includes a drop-in session every Tuesday, where residents can come along, ask questions and view progress photos with the site team.
