Following on from the Falmer project we are currently on site with another more centrally located student accommodation project in the St Peter’s and North Laine ward in Brighton & Hove.

This beautifully designed accommodation (Greenaway Architects) went through a thorough and lengthy consultation process with Brighton and Hove council in terms of the overall design, streetscape elevation treatment, layouts and amenities to the students. Comments and suggestions were carefully integrated and welcomed by the design officer at the council. A late addition is the setback roof winter garden offering marvellous views over the city. We were also delighted to consult with the Brighton Screen and Film school to tailor this scheme for the specific needs and ideas of this institute. The building will be available to other educational institutions as well.

Our main contractor HG Construction are on site and works are progressing well towards completion in Autumn 2023.
