Alumno is very pleased to announce that planning permission was granted last week for their 418 bed scheme at Sheraton Park in Durham.
The scheme was designed by Howarth Litchfield Architects with Fairhurst advising on planning.
It is hoped work will start on site in Februaury 2015 with completion due in the Summer of 2016
