Alumno Developments re-submitted their planning application for the St Andrews scheme on 20 September.

It is hoped the Councillors will re-consider the updated plans for the development designed to ease pressure on student accommodation in St Andrews.

The size of the development has been reduced from 159 to 135 student bedrooms. The new design should also make it more sympathetic to the local landscape and surroundings.
