On the 30th November, Councillors voted unanimously in favour of the scheme at Planning Committee following a recommendation for approval from Planning Officers.
Alumno have since entered into a S106 Agreement with the Council and detailed Planning & Listed Building consents were issued on the 6th December. Alumno will now be progressing detailed design work with their Project Team over the coming months, with the aim of starting on site in the summer of 2011.
