Spring has finally come around again and not only is everything slowly starting to re-open but we are happy to bring new projects to the forefront. Look below to see what we got up to in the month of March.

March saw our new £5.5M student accommodation in Manchester begin works with GMI Construction. The 9-storey student accommodation will be located near The Manchester Metropolitan University campus in the city centre. In addition, it will consist of 62 self-contained studio apartments, which will feature their own kitchenette and bathroom.

We also made amazing progress at our London site in Bermondsey with HG construction, with 256 piles completed in just under 6 weeks! The piling rig has also been de-rigged and transported off site with cranes due to arrive on site imminently.

Last but not least, we also received some updated CGI images of another new project, this time at Jocks Lodge in Edinburgh, Scotland. The scheme is in the conception stage. We hope a start a public consultation on this scheme in the next few weeks, so watch this space
