Our new proposed 8 storey development will contain 170 beds including a rooftop breakout space, yoga studio, gym, cinema, bike storage with workshop, lounge, study booths and study spaces for students.

Our contractor @gmiconstructiongroup sent us these photos of the Church Inn pub before being demolished. Some of the pub features and brickwork will be used in an artwork to celebrate the history of the site.

This will be overseen by our arts consultant @matthew.jarratt. Our ambition is to salvage and re-imagine the façade of Church Inn as a series of seats in the public realm.

Works have progressed at a rapid pace at our site

Works have progressed at a rapid pace at our site on Alscot Rd/Bermondsey Spa Gardens, with 256 piles (contiguous and loadbearing) completed in just under six weeks – thanks to another great team effort with Central Piling Limited. Piling rig has been de-rigged and transported off-site, and cranes are due to arrive on site imminently.

This is the fifth student student accommodation project we have undertaken with HG Construction with more in the pipeline. The scheme will provide fully integrated facilities for 143 students, comprising high-quality rooms and shared amenities including a basement cinema lounge, study room and community area.

We are pleased to announce that @gmiconstructiongroup have started works on our 9-storey student accommodation development, at a site near the @manmetuni campus in Manchester City Centre.

The project is valued at £5.5 Million and will consist of 62 self-contained studio apartments that will feature their own kitchenette and bathroom. Each typical floor will feature eight studio apartments together with a communal area for residents, with the interior of the development having been designed by @the.photo.kid (Ben Kelly Design.)
