It has been revealed that a £12m redevelopment of the former council offices in Peckham Road will see history repeating itself.
Conversion of the four existing Georgian buildings by Alumno Developments Ltd and Miller Construction into student accommodation for Camberwell College of Arts means a return their traditional roots as part of an educational establishment. Historical records show the buildings were previously occupied by the Royal Naval College.
