Durham

We are currently assessing a new development opportunity in Durham to provide student accommodation within a former college building. The initial feasibility research suggests we may develop within two distinct buildings, a fully refurbished residence  together with new build extensions, providing a blend and mix of bedspaces.

Birmingham

We have been selected to progress a significant opportunity in Birmingham to provide around 700 new build bedspaces in a major regeneration area of the city. Anticipated delivery date will be 2015. Alumno are working with Glenn Howells Architects.
