The site is due to be acquired in December 2014. Section 73 Application to vary condition 2 will go to Planning Committee on 6th Jan 2015.
Aberdeen
Site acquired 10.12.14, demolition due to start early in the new year with start on site proposed for March 2015. In discussions with a contractor. Completion August 2016.
Southwark Town Hall
Alumno can confirm that we have now completed on the purchase of the Townhall and Theatre Peckham, moving the project on a step further to bringing this exciting scheme to life. Final Negotiations with the preferred contractor are also well under way and should come to a conclusion early next year for site works to start thereafter.
Norwich
The All Saints Green student scheme is rapidly growing and while the upper floors are erected, windows, brickwork and internal walls are being installed to the lower floors proving a most efficient programming by our contractor Morgan Sindall.
St Andrews
Main contractor Interserve has started on site at this unique sea side site.
