LaSalle Investment Management has completed a forward funding deal for a student housing development in Norfolk.

It paid Alumno Developments around £16m for the 228-bed Carson & Partners-designed All Saints’ Norwich project.

The scheme, which has been let to Norwich University of the Arts on a 21-year lease, comprises a nine-storey block next to the city’s bus station. It is due to complete in September 2015.
