Even torrential rain could not dampen the spirits of those attending a short ceremony to mark the progress at the Quad in Norwich. Representatives from the team as well as some of our neighbours watched as David Campbell of Alumno and Chris Benham poured a concrete slab to mark the event.
The guests then took cover for refreshments at the Acorn Café based in the renovated 50 All Saints Green, part of Alumno`s previous development in Norwich.
