On Tuesday 28th April 2015, David Campbell Alumno MD, and Brian McQuade MD, Kier Construction Scotland, officially broke ground on our Aberdeen site at 2 Powis Place. With the weather (mostly) on our side, we ditched the drone in favour of a professional photographer who not only got photos of the MDs, but managed to snap the project team in their PPE before our progress meeting. 2 Powis Place will be completing in August 2016, providing 196 student rooms in a mixture of studios and cluster flats, with a landscaped courtyard and main common room.
