Alumno are very pleased to announced that we have reached a funding agreement with Curlew Capital on our third project in Norwich, Benedict’s Gate. Planning permission was granted in November last year. Benedict’s Gate will be our third student accommodation project in Norwich following our two successful developments; All Saints Green and Pablo Fanque House which opened in September 2018
“With two universities in the city, there is a need for more quality student accommodation, and we’re happy to be working in partnership with the universities, the council and the local community to deliver this, as well as helping the council with its regeneration plans and rigorous planning blueprint,” Alumno managing director David Campbell said.
