Benedicts Gate has been honorably mentioned at the 2021 IDA Design Awards. Designed by Carson & Partners, Benedicts Gate is our third student accommodation in Norwich, which completed in 2020, provides 302 student rooms and associated communal spaces. The site completes the urban block and provides an ideal location for student housing, within easy walking distance of the nearby universities.
