On Thursday 8 February 2018, Alumno, in partnership with Urban Splash, presented its proposals forming the third phase of the regeneration at Phark Hill Sheffield. The proposals comprise a student housing-led scheme with ancillary commercial space with the potential for new retail, café/bar, gym or gym. We were pleased with the local turnout, feedback received and to be able to engage directly with local residents and stakeholders with whom we want to work closely.
