Alumno are thrilled to have been shortlisted again as Developer of the Year for these prestigious Awards. Our entry highlights the two buildings we successfully opened in September 2022, Bermondsey Spa in London and Church Inn in Manchester. Very different buildings in very different locations but the usual Alumno attention to detail in design and the student experience as well as embracing the history and culture of their locations. Wishing the very best of luck to all the others shortlisted in this and the other categories. The Winner will be announced at the Property Week Awards on 5 December.
