On Wednesday 15th June, Alumno completed on the purchase of the Peckham Road Buildings from Southwark Council and have now been handed over the keys.

Simultaneously to the purchase, they entered into a build contract with Miller Construction (UK) Ltd who will be starting on site in the coming weeks with a scheduled completion programmed for August 2012.
