Alumno and DP Architects have hosted a Focus Group with students of the Camberwell College of Arts to discuss ideas for design and use of common room and outdoor spaces at the Peckham Road development. George Pace, Partner at DP Architects commented on the session:

“Meeting with the students proved to be an invaluable experience. It reinforced our perception that the common room and shared outdoor areas should serve as a backdrop to their own creativity and be capable of adaption and expressing joint and individual identity as each successive group of students comes to colonise the spaces.”

It is intended that the feedback from the Group will help inform the design and future use of their spaces by students living in the accommodation.
