Alumno is thrilled to announce that we’ve officially achieved Gateway 2 Approval following our submission to the Building Safety Regulator! ✅

Navigating through this new regulatory process has been incredibly challenging at times. However, through persistence and determination, we are proud to join a select group who have successfully reached this significant milestone.

This is a key step forward in delivering our 2nd PBSA development in the city of #manchester .

Funded by Invesco Ltd., this exciting new 261-bedroom student living scheme on Moss Lane East is set to welcome students for the 2027/28 academic year.

We’re once again teaming up with @gmiconstructiongroup PLC, who are now officially on-site and quickly moving forward with the substructure. This marks our fourth collaboration with this trusted contractor, and we are looking forward to continuing our successful partnership.
