Alumno Developments and the Stratford contractor HG Construction are delighted that Mr Peak Diwantesa has received this award in recognition of his performance. Newham Council and the Workplace Team shortlisted (previously unemployed) individuals who have excelled on entry-level training or employment programmes through the Lloyds Bank Construction Skills Centre. The award was handed over by Newham’s Mayor Sir Robin.
This is a notable achievements as Alumno and HG are committed to help getting local residents into training and employment. This is very well supported by the Craft Building college and the council run Workplace Team. Newham Council, when compared to other councils, follows a realistic, supportive and success focussed approach which should be the blue print for other councils in this regard.
