Along with MJP Architects we were thrilled to have our Stratford Scheme, Aspire Point win a National Civic Trust Award. From 250 entries and a rigorous multi-stage assessment process, 58 projects were chosen. We were very excited that Aspire Point had been recognised and won an award.

This will be our fourth development in Southwark which will provide student accommodation for 143 people with facilities including a basement cinema lounge, study room and community area. The design of the scheme was developed with Greenaway Architecture. We look forward to bringing this scheme to life.
