Our Arts Consultant @matthew.jarratt had a product

Our Arts Consultant @matthew.jarratt had a productive zoom call with students from the @screenfilmsch last week. Matthew gave the students an overview of his role as an arts consultant / curator and the projects he has helped Alumno with in the past.

Concentrating on the Alumno Lewes Road scheme (Ravilious Hose) Matthew introduced the concept of a student photography competition along the theme of “Brightons Film History and Film Future”. It is hoped the students will be inspired to create artworks / photography for the competition. It is proposed that the eventual winners will have their work displayed in lightboxes in the foyer of the building.

Phase 3 student accommodation or "Beton House" has been finished for a while now, as with Phase 2 the original brick work has been retained but they have a little more colour on their reveals I suspect trying to reflect the youth of the clients.
