We are working with Glenn Howells Architects to potentially regenerate the derelict site at the junction of Dogpool Lane and Pershore Road. This significant investment in high-quality student accommodation, a modernized and improved Post Office and new community-designed public space will breathe fresh life into a prominently located brownfield site, making it a positive landmark for the surrounding area and a catalyst for further investment.
