Chris Wainwright passed away suddenly whilst walking in his beloved Yorkshire with family. Chris was a true giant in world of the arts and a gentleman. His legacy,  both artistically as a world renowned photographic artist and as a mentor /tutor,  will live long. Above all he was a fantastic human being and was a great champion of new talent and he was constantly seeking new creative challenges. He touched and influenced many people.

 Alumno was greatly honoured to have worked with Chris over several years and he has had a long lasting impact and influence on how we have developed our ideas and approach. He was a constant source of inspiration and we will sorely  miss him. All our thoughts go to Anne and his family and to all the many who have lost a great friend and colleague.
